Crafted in fine Laguna blue silk twill and completed by a Bvlgari Bvlgari metal pendant, the AVGVSTVS shelley features an ancient coin adorned with the portrait of emperor Augustus in vibrant colours. While in Imperial Rome these artefacts were considered as symbols of power and glory, here the imaginary coin represents a tribute to Bvlgari’s 140th anniversary, encircled by the inscription “Bvlgari Roma 1884-2024” as a display of the Maison’s indissoluble bond with Rome.
