Crafted in fine antique gold silk twill and enriched by the sparkling touch of jacquard lurex for the external Bvlgari logo frame, the AVGVSTVS scarf features a hand-printed and therefore unique motif representing an ancient coin with the portrait of emperor Augustus. While in Imperial Rome these artefacts were considered as symbols of power and glory, here the imaginary coin represents a tribute to Bvlgari’s 140th anniversary, encircled by the inscription “Bvlgari Roma 1884-2024” as a display of the Maison’s indissoluble bond with Rome.
